PACK TO STAY DRY
Unpredictable and changing weather conditions should be expected when traveling to Scotland. Whether you’re visiting North Berwick or Muirfield in the south, passing through the home of golf at St. Andrew’s and up to Carnoustie, traveling to the north for Royal Aberdeen and Royal Dornoch, or exploring the remote west coast for Turnberry, Royal Troon and Machrihanish; the temperatures will vary, but the unpredictability remains constant. And damp weather is never too far off.
Layering is crucial and having a rain suit handy is also a necessary piece of equipment. As the Scot’s often say, “there’s no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing.”
