How can I track my order?
Upon shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking information. These emails may end up in your “Spam” folder, so please be sure to add FootJoy to your trusted senders list.
You can check your order status at any time by visiting footjoy.com/status
Can I change my order after it has been submitted?
Unfortunately, our system does not permit changes to be made to an order after it has been placed.
Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes after order submission, and you can do this yourself via the order status page.
If it has been more than 15 minutes since the order was submitted, we may still be able to modify or cancel the order so please give us a call at 800-224-8501 and we would be happy to assist as we can.
The item I purchased is now on sale, will you honor the new price?
If the price of an item changes within 30 days of the order date, FootJoy will honor the new price. To request a price adjustment please send us a message via the Contact Us form.
When will an item be restocked?
To find out when one of our products will be restocked, please contact customer service at 800-224-8501 or send us an email via our Contact Us form.

Where can I ship my FootJoy.com order?
Orders placed on FootJoy.com can be shipped to physical addresses, P.O. Boxes, and Military APO/FPO addresses. (Only standard shipping is available for PO Box and APO/FPO address).
We ship to the 50 states and District of Columbia; orders cannot be shipped to any of the US Territories.
Why is my order being shipped in multiple shipments?
Your order may consist of items that cannot fit into one box, or it is more economical for your ordered items to be shipped separately. You will receive an email with tracking information for each shipment.

Can I exchange the item I purchased on FootJoy.com?
We are sorry, but we are not able to process exchange requests. We ask that you purchase the new item and return the unwanted item. You may return a product within 30 days of original purchase date. Please see our Return Policy here for complete details.
I purchased FootJoy product from a different website/store, can I return it to FootJoy directly?
Please return your item(s) to the place of purchase following their return policy/instructions.
I received FootJoy product as a gift, can I return it for an exchange?
Yes! We are happy to take back your new, unworn FootJoy item and exchange it for something you prefer. Please follow the “How to submit a warranty claim” instructions on the warranty page.
When will I receive my refund for my return?
Our refunds are credited to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the item(s). Please save the tracking number (below the barcode) on the PrePaid FedEx label to ensure it was successfully delivered to our facility and is in the queue for processing. Please visit our returns page here for more details.
How do I report a defective product?
FootJoy has extensive warranty coverage on most of our items. Please view our warranty page for details on what type of warranty coverage your product has. If you feel like your product is covered, please contact customer service to initiate a claim. Contact by phone at 800-224-8501 or via our Warranty Submission Form.
How do I activate my extended warranty?

Does FootJoy repair golf shoes?
We do not repair or modify golf shoes. There are many shoe repair shops around the country that are capable or repairing or modifying golf shoes. One such shop that we recommend is LaRossa Shoe Repair. Please find their info on the following page: https://www.footjoy.com/shoe-repair.

How do I find the right size and fit?
Finding the right size and fit is important for comfort and performance. Please utilize one of the fitting guides below to help.
FootJoy shoes tend to run about a half-size larger than many other popular brands, so adjusting down a half-size from your ‘normal’ size is often going to result in the best fit.
FootJoy shirts run a little on the larger side. Ordering a size smaller than your ‘normal’ size will likely result in the best fit.
What if I'm not sure what size to order?
Not sure about your size? Order a half size up and a half size down, and return the one that doesn't fit. It's worry-free.
