HOLIDAY EXTENDED RETURN POLICY
Items* purchased on footjoy.com will be eligible for return through January 31, 2025. Order placed date must be between October 15, 2024 and December 31, 2024 to be eligible. *MyJoys excluded
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) from FootJoy, you may return it to us for a refund. We will refund unworn, unaltered merchandise with all labels and garment tags attached within 30 days of original purchase date. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Only items purchased on FootJoy.com (USA) with valid and accompanying order information will be accepted for returns.
Instructions
- Submit a return request via the "Start a Return" button above.
- Print your return shipping label and your return packing slip.
- If using your original shipping box for packaging your return, please remove any shipping labels. Securely attach the printed return shipping label to the outside of your return package. Please do not use your shoebox as the shipping box when returning footwear.
- You may track your return using the tracking number from the printed return shipping label.
- Once your return is received at the warehouse, please allow 7 -10 business days for credits to post to your original form of payment, and 1-2 billing cycles for credits to appear on your monthly statement.
- If you originally paid by gift card, the refund will be issued in the form of a new gift card. The new gift card will be emailed to you separately at the time that your return is processed.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been completed.
Please note: Shipments must be shipped from inside the United States in order to be eligible for the free return shipping. If you do not use the printed return shipping label provided, then mail the package to the address below via a means that is more accessible to you. The package must be returned using an insured method. We are unable to accept C.O.D deliveries. Please note that FootJoy is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.

Exchanges
We are sorry but we do not have an exchange policy at this time. We ask that you purchase the new item and return the unwanted item. You may return a product within 30 days of original purchase date. Please see our Return Policy above.
Customized Products
MyJoys are made just for you. All sales of custom products are final, customized products may not be returned.
